These terms and conditions are applicable to all products, digital services, in-studio and on-site services offered by ALIVE Movement Studio.

1) All standard session will run for 60 minutes.

2) Sessions will end promptly as scheduled and late arrivals will be responsible for the full fee of session.

 

3) All packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4 )Should you have any pre-existing injuries or health conditions, you are highly recommended to seek the advice from a medical doctor prior to attending any session.

5) ALIVE Movement Studio is not liable for any injuries or health conditions sustained from undeclared injuries or conditions.

6) ALIVE Movement Studio is not liable for any injury, illness or death which may occur as a result of your own misuse, ignorance, negligence or misinterpretation of the equipment, rules and regulations, policies, procedures and guideline information laid out by the studio.

7) ALIVE Movement Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to individual possessions within the studio.

You will be liable for any damage caused to the equipment and property of ALIVE Movement Studio due to misuse, in their full replacement cost.

8) By registering as a client of ALIVE Movement Studio, you have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, images/videos/media in any form taken during the session for administrative, business operations, and marketing purposes.
